Regulamin serwisuTerms of Service

1. Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady świadczenia usług drogą elektroniczną za pośrednictwem serwisu internetowego dostępnego pod adresem eosiedle.pl (dalej: „Serwis"), zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 18 lipca 2002 r. o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną.
2. Usługodawcą i właścicielem Serwisu jest Asteroid Group [forma prawna — do uzupełnienia], [adres — do uzupełnienia], NIP [NIP], REGON/KRS [REGON/KRS], e‑mail: kontakt@eosiedle.pl, tel. +48 886 347 302 (dalej: „Usługodawca").
3. Regulamin jest nieprzerwanie i nieodpłatnie udostępniony w Serwisie w sposób umożliwiający jego pozyskanie, odtworzenie i utrwalenie.
4. Korzystanie z Serwisu oznacza akceptację niniejszego Regulaminu.

1. These Terms set out the rules for providing electronic services via the website available at eosiedle.pl (the “Site”), in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.
2. The service provider and owner of the Site is Asteroid Group [legal form — to be completed], [address — to be completed], NIP [NIP], REGON/KRS [REGON/KRS], email: kontakt@eosiedle.pl, phone +48 886 347 302 (the “Provider”).
3. The Terms are made available in the Site continuously and free of charge, in a way that allows them to be obtained, reproduced and stored.
4. Using the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

• Serwis — strona internetowa pod adresem eosiedle.pl wraz z podstronami.
• Usługodawca — podmiot wskazany w §1 ust. 2.
• Użytkownik — każda osoba korzystająca z Serwisu.
• Usługa — usługa świadczona drogą elektroniczną przez Usługodawcę na rzecz Użytkownika za pośrednictwem Serwisu.
• Formularz demo — formularz kontaktowy „Umów demo", umożliwiający zgłoszenie chęci prezentacji produktu e‑Osiedle.

• Site — the website at eosiedle.pl together with its subpages.
• Provider — the entity indicated in §1(2).
• User — any person using the Site.
• Service — a service provided electronically by the Provider to the User via the Site.
• Demo form — the “Book a demo” contact form for requesting a presentation of the e‑Osiedle product.

1. Za pośrednictwem Serwisu Usługodawca świadczy nieodpłatnie następujące usługi: udostępnianie treści informacyjnych o produkcie e‑Osiedle, korzystanie z kalkulatora szacunkowego kosztu oraz obsługę Formularza demo.
2. Umowa o świadczenie usług drogą elektroniczną w zakresie przeglądania Serwisu zawierana jest na czas oznaczony i ulega rozwiązaniu z chwilą opuszczenia Serwisu.
3. Treści zamieszczone w Serwisie, w tym ceny i kalkulacje, mają charakter informacyjny i nie stanowią oferty w rozumieniu art. 66 Kodeksu cywilnego, lecz zaproszenie do zawarcia umowy (art. 71 k.c.).

1. Through the Site, the Provider offers the following services free of charge: access to informational content about the e‑Osiedle product, use of the estimated‑cost calculator, and handling of the Demo form.
2. The agreement for electronic services regarding browsing the Site is concluded for a definite period and terminates when the User leaves the Site.
3. Content in the Site, including prices and calculations, is informational and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract (Art. 71 of the Civil Code).

Do prawidłowego korzystania z Serwisu niezbędne jest:

• urządzenie z dostępem do internetu;
• aktualna przeglądarka internetowa z włączoną obsługą JavaScript oraz pamięci lokalnej (localStorage);
• w przypadku Formularza demo — aktywny adres e‑mail.

Usługodawca dokłada starań, aby Serwis był dostępny nieprzerwanie, zastrzega jednak możliwość przerw technicznych, w szczególności związanych z konserwacją lub aktualizacją.

To use the Site correctly you need:

• a device with internet access;
• an up‑to‑date web browser with JavaScript and local storage (localStorage) enabled;
• for the Demo form — an active email address.

The Provider makes efforts to keep the Site available continuously but reserves the right to technical breaks, in particular for maintenance or updates.

1. Wysłanie Formularza demo jest dobrowolne i bezpłatne oraz nie zobowiązuje żadnej ze stron do zawarcia umowy.
2. Wypełniając formularz, Użytkownik podaje co najmniej imię i nazwisko oraz adres e‑mail; pozostałe pola są opcjonalne. Użytkownik zobowiązuje się do podania danych prawdziwych i aktualnych.
3. Po przesłaniu formularza Usługodawca może skontaktować się z Użytkownikiem w celu obsługi zgłoszenia i umówienia prezentacji.
4. Zakazane jest korzystanie z formularza w sposób automatyczny (boty), przesyłanie treści bezprawnych, obraźliwych lub naruszających prawa osób trzecich. Serwis stosuje mechanizm antyspamowy.
5. Zasady przetwarzania danych osobowych podanych w formularzu opisuje Polityka prywatności.

1. Submitting the Demo form is voluntary and free of charge and does not oblige either party to enter into a contract.
2. When filling in the form, the User provides at least their name and email address; the other fields are optional. The User undertakes to provide true and current data.
3. After the form is submitted, the Provider may contact the User to handle the enquiry and arrange a presentation.
4. Using the form in an automated manner (bots), or sending unlawful, offensive content or content infringing third‑party rights, is prohibited. The Site uses an anti‑spam mechanism.
5. The processing of personal data provided in the form is described in the Privacy Policy.

1. Użytkownik zobowiązany jest korzystać z Serwisu zgodnie z prawem, dobrymi obyczajami oraz niniejszym Regulaminem.
2. Zakazane jest dostarczanie treści o charakterze bezprawnym oraz podejmowanie działań mogących zakłócić funkcjonowanie Serwisu, w tym nieuprawnione ingerowanie w jego treść lub strukturę.

1. The User must use the Site in accordance with the law, good practice and these Terms.
2. Providing unlawful content and taking actions that may disrupt the Site’s operation — including unauthorised interference with its content or structure — is prohibited.

Serwis oraz jego elementy — teksty, grafiki, logo, nazwa „e‑Osiedle", układ i kod — podlegają ochronie prawnej i stanowią własność Usługodawcy lub są wykorzystywane na podstawie odpowiednich licencji. Korzystanie z nich bez zgody Usługodawcy, w zakresie wykraczającym poza dozwolony użytek, jest niedozwolone.

The Site and its elements — texts, graphics, logo, the “e‑Osiedle” name, layout and code — are legally protected and are the property of the Provider or are used under appropriate licences. Using them without the Provider’s consent, beyond permitted use, is not allowed.

1. Usługodawca dokłada starań, aby informacje w Serwisie były aktualne i rzetelne, jednak nie gwarantuje ich kompletności ani przydatności do konkretnego celu; treści kalkulatora mają charakter szacunkowy.
2. Usługodawca nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za skutki korzystania z Serwisu w sposób sprzeczny z Regulaminem ani za przerwy wynikające z przyczyn niezależnych (np. siła wyższa, działanie dostawców infrastruktury).
3. Powyższe ograniczenia nie wyłączają ani nie ograniczają praw konsumenta wynikających z bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów.

1. The Provider makes efforts to keep the information in the Site current and reliable but does not guarantee its completeness or fitness for a particular purpose; calculator content is an estimate.
2. The Provider is not liable for the effects of using the Site contrary to the Terms, nor for interruptions arising from causes beyond its control (e.g. force majeure, actions of infrastructure providers).
3. The above limitations do not exclude or limit consumer rights arising from mandatory legal provisions.

1. Reklamacje dotyczące działania Serwisu można zgłaszać na adres kontakt@eosiedle.pl.
2. Zgłoszenie powinno zawierać opis problemu oraz dane kontaktowe umożliwiające udzielenie odpowiedzi.
3. Usługodawca rozpatruje reklamację w terminie 14 dni od jej otrzymania i informuje o wyniku na podany adres.

1. Complaints about the Site’s operation may be submitted to kontakt@eosiedle.pl.
2. A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details enabling a reply.
3. The Provider examines the complaint within 14 days of receipt and informs the sender of the outcome at the address provided.

Zasady przetwarzania danych osobowych Użytkowników, w tym danych podanych w Formularzu demo, opisuje szczegółowo Polityka prywatności, stanowiąca integralne uzupełnienie niniejszego Regulaminu.

The rules for processing Users’ personal data, including data provided in the Demo form, are described in detail in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral supplement to these Terms.

1. W sprawach nieuregulowanych Regulaminem zastosowanie mają przepisy prawa polskiego, w szczególności Kodeksu cywilnego oraz ustawy o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną.
2. Usługodawca może zmienić Regulamin z ważnych przyczyn (np. zmiana przepisów, zakresu usług). Zmieniony Regulamin publikowany jest w Serwisie ze wskazaniem daty wejścia w życie.
3. Konsument może skorzystać z pozasądowych sposobów rozpatrywania reklamacji i dochodzenia roszczeń, w tym z unijnej platformy ODR dostępnej pod adresem ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
4. Regulamin obowiązuje od dnia 3 lipca 2026.

1. Matters not regulated by the Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on providing services by electronic means.
2. The Provider may amend the Terms for important reasons (e.g. changes in law or scope of services). The amended Terms are published in the Site with the effective date indicated.
3. Consumers may use out‑of‑court complaint and redress procedures, including the EU ODR platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
4. These Terms are in force from 3 July 2026.
